Straightforward and tidy hotel in a stunning location. Efficient check-in and neat and bright room with a fantastic view, good amenities, for example. Very good service provided. Location close to the golf course / beach, the golf course, beach and sea, and the restaurant. Also, for somewhere to stay in the Cullen area:)))

Friendly staff made our arrival pleasant.
I had to change my room due to its size, and it was disappointing that the duty manager charged me an extra £25 for this. I had to pay £15 more for my two dogs without a clear explanation of the extra charge. The area around the rear entrance was unkempt and filled with cigarette butts.
